

On January 17, 2026, First InterStellar Group (FISG) held a training session for its Customer Support team under the theme “The Heart of Service Excellence.” The goal was to strengthen service standards and support the team’s professional growth.


FISG believes that great service starts with the people behind it. When the team grows together, they can deliver better experiences to customers. This training focused on practical service skills, communication, teamwork, and building a positive service mindset.
